With a track record of achieving strong, sustainable revenue growth, his expertise lies in driving scalable and efficient solutions in highly regulated industries.

During her 25 years with Kian Soon, Patricia transformed the company from a small neighbourhood hardware store to a reputable regional mechanical component supplier with multiple offices in South East Asia, driving strong revenue growth.

She excels in operational excellence, achieving ISO certifications, developing new product lines and fostering sustainable growth through tailored strategies aligned with client needs. Her leadership has been instrumental in fostering long-term client relationships and delivering results in diverse industries.
